Coastal Assistant Juniors Director (Girls)
Will Stein
This season will mark the seventh season that Will Stein has been a part of the Coastal Virginia Volleyball Club. Since 2002, Will has either held the position of Director or Assistant Director of Operations for the club. The Director position is very demanding and with Will’s full time job he felt that it was time to step down so he can concentrate on work. Will returned this season for one last year as the Assistant Director, but is looking forward to the 2009 season a little more as 2008 was the final stage in the transition period which sees Dave Albaugh take over as the clubs Director. 
Under Will’s guidance Coastal has seen many positive changes and to this day is considered as one of the strongest clubs in Virginia. Will has also been directly involved with Coastal’s plan on getting a facility dedicated to the development of juniors volleyball, which looks to be final within the next calendar year. Last year, Will also was directly involved with the 1st annual CVVC golf tournament at Riverfront golf course to help raise money for the club and start a scholarship fund. As the Assistant Director Will serves as the liaison between the Director and accountant, and will still help with some of the daily volleyball operations in the office. Will still remains as the clubs Media Specialist which is in charge of the website, and fundraising opportunities. Parents may contact Will at: |
